HIP 2019 consolidates its position as a major event in the HORECA sector

HIP 2019 se consolida como una gran cita del sector HORECA

From February 18 to 20, the HIP fair (Hospitality Innovation Planet) was held with 400 firms distributed in three pavilions at the Ifema venue in Madrid. Frucosol participated for the first time as an exhibitor in this edition.

Frucosol was located in pavilion 3, stand F641.

The team formed by Florentino Deza and Teresa Deza have considered their first participation in the fair a success. Both stated: "This fair is consolidating itself as a major event within the agendas of the hotel and catering sector, both for its quality and for the interesting agenda of the Hospitality 4.0 Congress and the rest of the conferences that are scheduled."

They have shared three days with a large influx of visitors and clients who have stopped by the Frucosol stand to see all our equipment in situ. They highlight the quality of the visitor profile, which has led to business generation during these three days.

HIP registered 25,314 visitors, all of them business owners, managers, and professionals from the Horeca sector, along with more than 400 exhibiting companies, which consolidates the event in its third edition.

Attendees enjoyed the contents of the Hospitality 4.0 Congress, the largest international congress on innovation and transformation of the Horeca sector, with its own agenda full of more than 400 experts from around the world who shared unique and highly strategic content.

HIP is the place to learn about the new business paradigms that the digital age is establishing in the hospitality and restaurant sector, as well as the latest innovations in food and beverages, high-performance machinery and equipment, tableware, interior design, technology, and franchises for the sector.

This exhibition is of great relevance for learning about the latest in robotics or artificial intelligence applied to hospitality, 3D printing, or cooking with insects and vegetable protein, among other interesting innovations for the hospitality sector.
