Frucosol exhibits at HOSTELCO 2022, held alongside Alimentaria as a meeting point for new products in the hospitality sector.

Frucosol expone en HOSTELCO 2022. Celebrada junto con Alimentaría encuentros de novedades para la hostelería.

After difficult years of pandemic, a new edition of Hostelco returns to Barcelona. From April 4 to 7, Fira Barcelona hosts the 20th edition of this International exhibition for hotel, restaurant, and catering equipment. HOSTELCO is aimed exclusively at the main players and professionals of the Horeca sector and presents a unique and complete offer over 4 days in an exceptional environment.

It will be held together with the Alimentaria event. Alimentaria and Hostelco thus become the international reference platform for food, gastronomy and hospitality.

Alimentaria and Hostelco occupy nearly 85,000 net square meters of exhibition space and will bring together some 3,000 exhibiting companies. More specifically, Hostelco will create synergies with Restaurama, the Alimentaria fair's hall dedicated to Restaurant and Out-of-Home Food, to offer the widest range of products and services for the Horeca channel in pavilions 4, 6, and 7.

As expected, we are participating as exhibitors in this major industry event. Frucosol is located in pavilion 7, level 0, Stand F-401.

We are taking advantage of this edition to reconnect with our clients, suppliers, and colleagues. In addition, we will present all the new products we have launched in recent years at our stand.

Among many other things, people visiting Stand F-401 will have the opportunity to see firsthand all our products.

Florentino Deza, Pilar Deza, and Víctor Martínez are in charge of attending to all visitors who come to the Frucosol stand. They value this new participation in the fair as highly positive. The team stated: "Frucosol's presence at the fair allows a return to normality and stability within the sector." They expect a large influx of visitors and clients during the days of the event to share impressions and see all our equipment on-site.

Innovation, gastronomy, and management linked to sustainability and social responsibility will define the activity program of both trade shows, which will combine their classic content with experiences and knowledge that have emerged in the business environment after the pandemic.

At Alimentaria, The Alimentaria Hub is the forum on trends and the future of food where over 200 experts will lead congresses, presentations, and fast talks focusing on innovation; sustainability; digitalization; new retail habits; nutrition, health, and booming segments, such as alternative protein or halal products.

Within The Alimentaria Hub is the Digital Food Arena space, which brings together eight startups selected in a program (Food Hospitality Startup Revolution).

For its part, The Experience Live Gastronomy congress features a program of live cooking, workshops, tastings, and presentations of culinary techniques in sustainable gastronomy, territory, the recovery of traditions, and research into future foods, among other trends. Over 30 leading chefs, with more than 36 Michelin stars among them, participate in the six stages of this great gastronomic space.

In addition, the Hostelco Live Hotel is presented, which recreates the different rooms of a hotel, and the Hostelco Live Arena is held, a space where debates, talks, and presentations are concentrated, carried out by more than 80 experts in restoration and hospitality to address issues related to design, interior design, sustainability, new business concepts, 'hyper-personalization' to generate unique experiences, and the use of disruptive technologies.
