- 30 ml of gin
- 90 ml of cava
Instructions
Place in a tall glass with large ice cubes and stir to combine. Serve with preserved rose petals and a hint of orange.

Ingredients
- 50 ml vodka
- 15 ml simple syrup
- 15 ml of lemon juice
- 15 ml St. Germain liqueur
- 60 ml ginger beer
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except ginger ale in a mixer with ice. Shake and strain over cool ice. Top with ginger ale. Garnish with lemon wedges and mint leaves.

Ingredients
- 60 ml of gin
- 25 ml of lime juice
- 25 ml simple syrup
- 3 drops of rose water
- 3 drops of angostura bitters
- 3 slices of cucumber
- 3 sprigs of mint
- a pinch of salt
Instructions:
Crush the cucumber, mint and salt, reserving a mint leaf for garnish. Try to mash the cucumber more when you are mixing. Add the rest of the ingredients, then let the drink sit for 30 seconds to better rest the flavors. Shake with ice and strain into a cold glass. Garnish with a mint leaf and a drop of rose water on top of the leaf, then drizzle three or more drops of angostura on the surface of the drink.

- 30 ml of rum
- 60 ml of orange juice
- 60 ml lemon-lime soda
- 25 ml of lemonade
- Splash of grenadine
Instructions:
