From February 18 to 20, the HIP fair (Hospitality Innovation Planet) was held with 400 companies distributed in three pavilions at Ifema in Madrid. Frucosol participated for the first time as an exhibitor in this edition.
Frucosol was located in Hall 3, booth F641.
The team formed by Florentino Deza and Teresa Deza have valued the first participation in the fair as a success. Both said: “This fair is consolidating as a great appointment within the agendas of the hospitality industry both for its quality and the interesting agenda of the Hospitality 4.0 Congress and the rest of the conferences that are scheduled.”
They have shared three days with a large influx of visitors and customers who have gone through the Frucosol stand and see all our equipment on site. They emphasize the quality of the profile of the visitor that has propitiated the generation of business during these three days.
HIP registration 25,314 visitors, all of them entrepreneurs, executives and professionals from the Horeca sector, along with more than 400 exhibiting companies that consolidate the event in its third edition.
The visitors enjoyed the contents of Hospitality 4.0 Congress, the largest international congress on innovation and transformation of the Horeca sector, with its own agenda filled with more than 400 experts from around the world who shared unique content of the highest strategic value.
HIP is the place to learn about the new business paradigms that the digital era is establishing in the hospitality and catering sector, as well as the latest innovations around food and beverages, machinery and high performance equipment, household goods, interior design, technology or franchises for the sector.
This show has great relevance to know the latest in robotics or artificial intelligence applied to the hotel trade, 3D printing or cooking with insects and vegetable protein among other interesting innovations for the hospitality sector.
