Christmas is a magical time filled with joy and happiness. Colors and lucres attract glances and the more adornments your establishment has, the more clients you will have. The same applies to meals and cocktails: the traditional and full of Christmas spirit is what always wins. We show you 5 cocktails with which to update your letter.

1. Christmas Mojito

Ingredients:
  • 125 gr of soft nougat
  • 50 gr of lime juice
  • 75 grams of lemon juice
  • 200 gr of water
  • 275 gr of rum
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • Crushed ice
  • Sprigs of mint
  • Soda
Preparation: Beat the half of the nougat chopped with mint and water and strain it. In the same glass we add the lime and lemon juice, rum and sugar and beat it again. We add the crushed ice and mix it for 1 minute. We frosted the cocktail glass with the glasses cooler, adding a little soda, the previously prepared cocktail and some mint leaves.  

2. Pudding and vodka cocktail

Ingredients:
  • Nutmeg
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 teaspoons of mixed spices
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 orange
  • 300 gr of raisins
  • 200 gr of chopped peel
  • 450 gr of sugar
  • 1 liter of vodka
Preparation: Heat the spices with the walnut and cinnamon sticks for 10 minutes over low heat in a dry pan. Grate the lemon and orange peel in 2 separate containers, adding 2 tablespoons of juice of the respective fruits, in each container. Mix the heated spices with lemon and orange mixes and let them stand for 3-4 days in a cold place, mixing occasionally. After the rest days we add the mixture to the vodka, we leave it for a few more days. Before serving, pour the vodka and decorate with fruit. It can be saved up to 1 year later.  

3. Christmas Cosmo

Ingredients:
  • 200 ml of Cointreau or orange liqueur
  • 200 ml of cranberry juice
  • Half lime juice
  • 400 ml of vodka
  • Blueberries to decorate
Preparation: It is an attractive cocktail very easy to prepare. Mix the liquor, the cranberry juice and the lime with the vodka and a little crushed ice. They are served in frosted Martini glasses, decorated with cranberries or cherries.  

4. Snowflakes

Ingredients:
  • 150 ml of hazelnut liqueur
  • 150 ml of almond liqueur
  • 150 ml of kahlua
  • 150 ml Irish cream
  • 150 ml of white rum
  • 150 ml of butterscotch
  • 1 slice of lime
  • Coconut flakes
Preparation: We put all the ingredients in a blender and crush them with ice. We mix the contents very well until all liquors are integrated. We serve it in Martini glasses, frosted with the frosting of Frucosol glasses: we decorate the glasses with the coconut flakes fixed on the edge with the lime juice.  

5. Noel’s Nooner

Ingredients:
  • 50 ml of dark rum
  • 50 ml red wine aging
  • 50 ml of gin
  • 70 ml of orange juice
  • Lime or orange to decorate
Preparation: Mix all the ingredients in the blender, adding crushed ice. It is crushed for 30 seconds and served in a frosty glass and decorated with a slice of lime or orange.
